2. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
• Deliveries are made only within India.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances


3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Tracking Information

• After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
• Customers can track their shipments using the information provided by Dropdash.


5. Delivery & Damage Issues

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Refuse delivery, OR

  • Record a clear unboxing video and report the issue to our support team within 24 hours.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may limit our ability to process damage claims.
