RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SuperChoice, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns process.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, customers must email support@superchoice.space with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

All returns are handled through our shipment partner, Dropdash, to ensure safe and secure pickup.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Used or opened items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Exceptions may apply if the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway processing times.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


5. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect products: return shipping costs are borne by us.

  • For other approved returns: return shipping may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

All pickups and returns are coordinated through Dropdash, ensuring secure handling and reliable service.
