RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

Customers must email support@superchoice.space with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or unboxing video evidence

2. Non-Returnable Items

May include:

  • Personal care items

  • Used products

  • Customized products

  • Clearance/final sale items

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to original payment method.

  • Timeline: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway).

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective/incorrect product: shipping borne by us.

  • Other approved returns: shipping may be borne by customer.
